Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice Rector of TVU, leads the initiative alongside Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Thu, Dean of the School of Nursing, College of Medicine and Pharmacy, emphasizing the university’s dedication to securing post-graduation employment.

“We are committed to ensuring our graduates have strong career prospects,” says Dr. Dan. “Our focus is on guaranteeing that partnering organizations provide optimal benefits for our students both during and after their employment journey.”

Endless Trading Service Co., Ltd., represented by Director Gip Ung Tay, outlines their comprehensive support services, including study abroad consulting, international employment programs, and specialized language training targeting the Japanese and German markets.

German Education Factory GmbH (Gedufa) provides nursing students firsthand insights into the German healthcare workplace environment. The organization also expresses interest in expanding collaboration with TVU beyond healthcare, potentially opening doors for graduates in other professional fields.

The consultation serves as a platform for detailed discussions on German labour market requirements, language preparation pathways, and support systems for international healthcare workers. This initiative marks a significant step in creating direct pathways for Vietnamese nursing graduates to enter the German healthcare system.
