Tra Vinh University – On October 22, 2015, Dr. Nestor M. De Vera, President of Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU), Philippines and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, President of Tra Vinh University (TVU) singed a MoU on educational co-operation including student exchange and 2+2 program.
Dr. Nestor M. De Vera was impressed by the development and the training scale of TVU. At the signing ceremony, he said “Tra Vinh University has disciplines that match with ours including Agriculture, Aquaculture, Economics, Laws, Education and Tourism.”
With 2+2 program, students will learn at TVU for two years and learn at LSPU for two years as well.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh highly evaluates the visit and he looks forward to fruitful cooperation between the two universities.
