(TVU) – In the middle of August 2019, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, TVU Vice Rector warmly welcomed Mr. Takashi Nakayama, Senior Director in Automation, Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam (MEVN) and the delegation for offering equipment sets and scholarships to Tra Vinh University (TVU) students.
Provided with 05 sets of equipment, TVU students in electricity and electronics have a golden opportunity to approach modern technology for their practice.
Additionally, MEVN offered 10 scholarship awards worth of 20 million VND as partially financial incentives for TVU students in electronics and electricity.
Mr. Takashi Nakayama said: “Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam hopes to partly contribute to the educational development through creating favorable conditions for TVU students.”
The two parties also affirmed that they will keep boosting collaborative activities in technology transfer and technical training delivery, contributing to increasing training quality.
Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa gave his big thanks to Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam for the meaningful gifts to TVU students.
After the meeting, MEVN visited some workshops in electricity and electronics, and observed on-site classes at TVU main campus.
