Sharing love at Christmas: Over 400 stuffed toys donated in TVU Christmas campaign

In mid-December 2025, the Center of Community Service of Tra Vinh University successfully concluded the campaign “Stuffed Toy Donation – Sharing Love at Christmas,” attracting strong support from faculty members, staff, students, and benefactors.

More than 400 stuffed toys were sent to the Center of Community Service after nearly one week of implementation. Each item was carefully prepared, accompanied by greeting cards with warm wishes, and thoughtfully packaged before being delivered to children in areas recently affected by storms and flooding. Although modest in material value, these gifts carried deep emotional significance, helping to ease the children’s hardships and bringing joy and warmth during the Christmas season.

Beyond providing material assistance, the campaign played an important role in fostering a spirit of compassion, solidarity, and social responsibility within the Tra Vinh University community.

Each gift symbolized encouragement and care for children facing ongoing challenges in the aftermath of natural disasters. At the same time, the initiative served as a meaningful educational activity, helping students develop a sense of empathy, civic responsibility, and commitment to community service.

Thanks to the collective efforts and generosity of the university community and its supporters, the program contributed to a warmer and more meaningful Christmas for children in disaster-affected areas.
