On the afternoon of December 16th, the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province organized an Investment Fundraising Day (Demo Day) and a summary of the “Startup Business Incubation” program for 2025, combined with a dialogue on policies supporting innovative startups.
The program was attended by Mr. Vo Buu Viet Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Tan An ward; Mr. Nguyen Van Vu An, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Network for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Universities and Colleges, Member of the National Innovation and Startup Advisory Council, Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of Tra Vinh University, Director of the Vinh Long Provincial Business Incubator, along with representatives from provincial departments and agencies; experts, advisors, and investors.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Vo Buu Viet Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province, affirmed that the “Startup Business Incubation Program 2025,” in addition to providing foundational knowledge, also focuses on practical training, personalized mentoring, brand building support, policy and investment resource connections, and meeting the development needs of startup businesses in the province.
The incubation program took place from October 17th to December 17th, 2025, with 20 intensive training sessions focusing on practical content to help participants solve specific business problems such as: design thinking, team building and corporate culture, understanding customers, realizing business ideas, revenue models, brand and marketing strategies, negotiation skills, cash flow management, fundraising techniques, AI application in management, and business risk management.
It is known that the 2025 Creative Startup Incubation Program is a practical activity implementing Project No. 1330/DA-UBND dated September 22nd, 2025, of the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh province on implementing breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in Tay Ninh province in the period 2025–2030, strongly promoting three pillars: Science and technology; Innovation and digital transformation for socio-economic development, enhancing competitiveness, and aligning with the State’s policy on a two-tier local government model and national development. This helps create a favorable environment for startups to thrive, laying the foundation for a competitive startup ecosystem that fosters technological thinking and fundraising capabilities.

Within the program, the Organizing Committee commended mentors and mentees for outstanding achievements in mentoring activities and awarded graduation certificates for the 2025 “Startup Business Incubation” program to 11 participants representing outstanding startup businesses and projects.
The highlight of the event was the fundraising activity, which featured a council of reputable investors in the innovative startup ecosystem.
Startups with promising projects across diverse fields, such as digital education, medicinal herbs, clean agriculture, smart home technology, and innovative products, directly presented their ideas, development strategies, and fundraising needs to investors. Many projects successfully convinced investors and recorded positive fundraising results.
Accordingly, 5 out of 6 businesses successfully raised capital, initially receiving investment from specific funds, including: An Viet Herbal Tea Project – An Viet Medicinal Herbs Co., Ltd. with 350,000,000 VND for 15% of shares; the “Smile Statue Painting – Creating Smiles” project by Smile Statue Painting Co., Ltd. raising 50,000,000 VND for one business position; The projects include: the “Dzìa Nhà Nhe” project by Viet BIM Co., Ltd. with 300,000,000 VND for 10% of shares over 3 years; the “LEMIO FARM – Clean Dried Agricultural Products from the Source” project by Greeny Drying Co., Ltd. with 300,000,000 VND for 5% of shares; and the “PQ SMARTHOME” project by PQ SMARTHOME Co., Ltd. with 300,000,000 VND for 15% of shares.

Mr. Nguyen Van Vu An, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Network for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Universities and Colleges, member of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advisory Council, Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Tra Vinh University, and Director of the Vinh Long Provincial Business Incubator, stated: “This is the result of Tra Vinh University transferring its business incubation program to Tay Ninh province, which has been highly appreciated by the Tay Ninh provincial leadership.” He hopes the number of incubated businesses will increase by 4 to 5 times in the near future.
