(TVU) – On March 7, Tra Vinh University welcomed Great Avergreen Apparel Vietnam Limited Company (Ben Tre) to discuss collaboration, recruitment, and human resource development opportunities. The program attracted over 50 students, particularly those majoring in English and Chinese Languages, to explore actual labor market demands.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice Rector of Tra Vinh University, emphasized the importance of university-enterprise linkages in enabling students to access the labor market while studying. The Vice Rector hoped the collaboration would create job opportunities, helping students develop skills and meet increasingly high corporate requirements.
Ms. Cheng LingFeng, Production Director of Great Avergreen Apparel Vietnam, shared that the company is expanding production in Ben Tre and seeks to recruit personnel, especially candidates with Chinese language proficiency. She wanted to collaborate with Tra Vinh University to find and train human resources aligned with the company’s development strategy.
Following the discussion, the company hosted a direct interaction session with students, providing detailed information about recruitment requirements, work environment, and potential job positions. On this occasion, the Company awarded 10 scholarships to students with excellent academic achievements.
