(TVU) – On February 23, 2025, the Youth Union and Student Association of Tra Vinh University conducted a comprehensive summary of their annual training program, with nearly 200 union and association officers from various university units participating.
From February 15 to 22, 2025, the intensive training program focused on equipping participants with critical skills and knowledge essential for youth leadership. The curriculum encompassed various topics and practical workshops, including community activity organization, AI technology applications, communication strategies, photography and article writing, financial management, document preparation, and practical activities such as flag decoration, cheering techniques, secret messaging, and semaphore communication.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Deputy Secretary of the University Youth Union and Program Organizing Committee Head, emphasized that the 2025 training initiative aimed to enhance professional competencies, create networking opportunities, and foster a dynamic, creative spirit among student leaders. The organization praised participants’ proactive learning attitudes and interactive engagement throughout the training sessions.
The program’s primary objectives included developing a new generation of young leaders, creating a vibrant learning environment, and supporting holistic student development. The university seeks to empower students with practical leadership capabilities that extend beyond traditional academic learning by providing comprehensive skill-building opportunities.
During the concluding ceremony, the organizing committee awarded completion certificates and recognized six outstanding individuals for their exceptional performance. The “Quyet” team was honoured with the top collective achievement award, highlighting their collaborative spirit and excellence.
