TVU – Tra Vinh University takes a significant step towards enhancing student opportunities as it welcomes a delegation from Chang Jiang Printing (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. on the morning of June 5, 2024. Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice Rector of Tra Vinh University, along with representatives from the School of Southern Khmer Language – Culture – Arts and Humanity and the TVU’s Center for Career, hosts the delegation led by Mr. Wang Jie, Workshop Manager.
Dr. Thach Thi Dan expresses the university’s enthusiasm for long-term cooperation with businesses in training, creating learning environments, internships, and recruiting graduates. She emphasizes that this collaboration extends beyond Chinese language majors to other areas of expertise.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dat, Head of Human Resources Administration Department at Chang Jiang Printing, introduces the company, stating, “Chang Jiang Printing (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. officially began operations in the Vietnamese market in March 2018. We manufacture and process all kinds of school notebooks, with 100% investment capital from Jiangsu, China.”
The company expresses its desire to offer internships and long-term employment opportunities to students and collaborate with the university in training quality human resources, particularly in Chinese language studies. In a gesture of goodwill, the company’s representative invites school leaders, professional units, and Chinese Language students to visit and gain practical experience at their facilities.

Following the formal meeting, the delegation engages in an interactive session with Chinese Language students. Vo Minh Duc, a Chinese Language student from the class of 2022, shares his positive experience: “The exchange session brings me many good impressions. I was inspired by the success stories of my predecessors and impressed with the company’s professional and friendly working environment. I believe it will be the ideal environment to learn, grow, and develop ourselves.”
This meeting is a crucial bridge, connecting Chinese Language students with potential employers and expanding their career opportunities. Tra Vinh University hopes that through such collaborative activities between educational institutions and businesses, students will be fully equipped with knowledge, skills, and practical experience to meet the urgent needs of the current labor market.
