(TVU) – In the middle of July, 2018, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, TVU Rector warmly welcomed the delegation of Richland college, Dallas County, USA.
The visit aimed at fostering collaborative opportunities on academic including student and teacher support activities between the Dallas County Community College District, USA (Richland college is a member out of the seven community colleges of the Dallas County Community College District) and Vietnam Association of Community Colleges (Tra Vinh University is one of 63 members of the Association).
On this working visit, Tra Vinh University gave an overview about educational system and cultures of Vietnam and of Tra Vinh province as well. The two institutions deeply discussed about co-operation potentials on training and academic support programs.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh expressed his gratitude to the delegation for this visit and many practical ideas from experienced teachers of Richland college to TVU academic activities. “I expect that our fruitful co-operation will bring many benefits to our students”, said the Rector.
