TVU – On January 4, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Eye Hospital collaborates with Tra Vinh University Hospital to conduct screening examinations and provide free artificial lens replacement surgery for impoverished patients in Tra Vinh province. The procedures are taking place at Tra Vinh University Hospital.
Approximately 100 individuals are expected to receive free screening examinations and artificial lens replacement surgery performed directly by ophthalmologists and Ho Chi Minh City Eye Hospital nurses.
The program aims to restore vision to disadvantaged individuals through humanitarian eye surgery, contributing to healthcare services for the local community in Tra Vinh province.
