TVU – On the evening of March 15th, Tra Vinh University is hosting a cultural exchange event to welcome a delegation of leaders, faculty members, and students from partner institutions in the Philippines and Cambodia.
The gala dinner welcomes representatives from several international universities, including Dr. Marie Khul C. Langub, Vice President for Student Auxiliary Services at Southern Leyte State University (Philippines); Dr. Benjamin L. Pecayo, President of Northwest Samar State University (Philippines); Dr. Rhio Dimakiling, Vice President for Administration and Finance at Northwest Samar State University; and Dr. Y Lima, President of Chenla University (Cambodia).
TVU’s leadership team is participating in the event, including Assoc. Prof. Dr Nguyen Minh Hoa – Rector, Dr Thach Thi Dan – Vice-Rectors and Assoc. Prof. Dr Diep Thanh Tung – Vice-Rectors, department heads, lecturers, staff, and students.
In his welcome speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa expresses his pleasure in receiving the distinguished guests. He emphasizes that this gathering provides an excellent opportunity for all participants to connect, create lasting memories, enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, and strengthen their sustainable cooperative relationships.
During the event, Dr. Marie Khul, Dr. Benjamin, and Dr. Y Lima share their positive experiences in Vietnam, particularly highlighting memorable moments of collaboration with TVU. The international delegates express their appreciation for the friendliness and hospitality of Vietnamese people and the country’s rich cultural heritage.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, participants enjoy Vietnamese cuisine and cultural exchange through traditional performances. The event helps deepen the bonds between TVU and its international partners, fostering cooperation and knowledge-sharing for future achievements.
