(TVU) – Tra Vinh University opens its doors to nearly 200 students and teachers from Pho Co Dieu High School (Rach Gia, Kien Giang), offering them a unique hands-on experience of university life as part of its commitment to supporting career guidance for high school students.
The October 26 visit provides students with comprehensive insights into Tra Vinh University’s academic programs and state-of-the-art facilities. Visitors explore various faculties, laboratories, lecture halls, libraries, and dormitories, gaining firsthand experience of the university’s dynamic learning environment. The day includes cultural exchanges, entertainment, and interactive sessions with current university students.
“This is my first visit to Tra Vinh University, and I’m particularly impressed by the green campus environment,” shares Truong Quang Minh, a prospective Electrical and Electronic Engineering student. “I aspire to become an engineer in this field and will work hard to achieve this dream at this university.”
Another visitor, Thach Phuoc Quang Minh, notes: “Experiencing the university environment firsthand is far more engaging than merely browsing social media. The modern and friendly atmosphere has made a strong impression on me.”
For 2024, Tra Vinh University announces an expanded academic portfolio, including:
- Traditional programs in Agriculture-Aquaculture, Technology, Health Sciences, Economics, Law, Logistics, and Management
- New additions: Plant Protection
- Specialized programs, including Healthcare Social Work and Semiconductor Circuit Design
- English-taught programs in Information Technology and Business Administration
