TVU – On March 12, 2025, Tra Vinh University in collaboration with the High-Tech Agricultural Business Incubation Center organizes a workshop titled “Connecting Networks to Promote Innovative Startup Activities in the Mekong Delta Region” at the Tra Vinh Provincial Business Incubator. The event aims to create opportunities for connection between innovative business ecosystems in Tra Vinh Province and Ho Chi Minh City while serving as a bridge for startup businesses to share experiences in startup activities, building and developing brands.
The program attracts attention from representatives of Tra Vinh provincial departments, including the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Finance, Department of Science and Technology, and representatives from businesses and household businesses in Tra Vinh Province.
The High-Tech Agricultural Business Incubation Center participants include Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy – Deputy Director of the Center, and Ms. Nguyen Ho Cam Thanh – Deputy Head of the Business Management & Support Department.
Invited guests include Master Nguyen Tran Bich Ngoc – Director of E-com Easy Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nguyen Luu Thien Nhan – Director of Lagtuz Media Company Limited, Mr. Nguyen Truong Thinh – Director of Vietnam Cheese Company Limited, and Mr. Nguyen Van Tien – Director of Nong Thinh Agricultural Supply Store Chain.
From Tra Vinh University, attendees include Master Nguyen Van Vu An – Director of the Innovation and Startup Center, Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Business Incubator, along with students from fields such as agriculture, applied chemistry, information technology, e-commerce, business administration, and other specialties of the University.
At the workshop, participants hear presentations on startups, digital transformation, e-commerce, and business development solutions, especially in high-tech agriculture, including “Introduction to Innovation Startup Support Activities at the High-Tech Agricultural Business Incubation Center” by Master Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Deputy Director of the High-Tech Agricultural Business Incubation Center; “Business Incubation Program at Tra Vinh Provincial Business Incubator” by Master Nguyen Van Vu An, Director of the Innovation and Startup Center, Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Business Incubator; “Conquering the Digital Market – E-commerce Solutions for Startups” by Ms. Nguyen Tran Bich Ngoc, Director of E-com Easy Joint Stock Company; “The Role of Marketing and E-commerce in Agricultural Product Business Development” by Mr. Nguyen Luu Thien Nhan, Director of Lagtuz Media Company Limited; “Sharing Startup Experiences of Incubated Businesses from the High-Tech Agricultural Business Incubation Center” by Mr. Nguyen Truong Thinh, Director of Vietnam Cheese Company Limited; and “The Role of Online Business and Digital Transformation Applications in Business Development: The Case of Nong Thinh Agricultural Supply Store Chain” by Mr. Nguyen Van Tien, Director of Nong Thinh Agricultural Supply Store Chain and Member of Tra Vinh Provincial Startup Advisory Council.
Within the framework of the workshop, delegates have the opportunity to discuss in depth the topic of digital transformation in agriculture. The discussion session focuses on challenges businesses face in digital transformation and effective solutions to help them successfully implement this process. Additionally, businesses share practical experiences and difficulties in bringing products to e-commerce platforms and applying artificial intelligence in business management and operations to improve work efficiency.
Ms. Mai Duy Hanh – Owner of Tra Minh Chau Establishment, states: “The online business market in the current period has great potential but still faces many difficulties and challenges in finding human resources that meet market demands. I hope that soon, the Provincial Business Incubator will continue to organize more programs to enhance digital transformation capacity for businesses, household businesses, and cooperatives, as well as serve as a bridge to introduce young people with dynamism and creativity to participate in the digital transformation journey with businesses.”
