Tra Vinh University management students gain industry insights at Viettronics and BAA Training

TVU – On August 15, the College of Economics and Law (CEL) at Tra Vinh University organizes a practical field trip for management students from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 cohorts to Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company and BAA Training Vietnam. The program helps students experience real business environments, enhance their professional knowledge, and gain a clearer direction for their future careers.

Dr. Vo Thi Diem Thuy, Vice Dean of the Management Faculty, leads the delegation, which includes 29 students and faculty lecturers.

At Viettronics Tan Binh, students learn about the production process, tour the facilities, test key products, and discover the corporate culture. They also participate in friendly cultural exchange activities with company employees in a welcoming atmosphere.

Following this, the group travels to BAA Training Vietnam, a leading aviation training organization. Here, students explore the training procedures for pilots and flight engineers and learn about various specialized roles in the aviation industry. A major highlight of the visit is the opportunity for students to experience a modern flight simulator and tour the practical training areas and international-standard classrooms.

In her remarks, Dr. Vo Thi Diem Thuy expresses sincere thanks to both companies for their warm hospitality and for providing students with this valuable opportunity. She emphasizes that the trip not only provides practical knowledge but also allows students to network, learn professional work skills, practice carefulness, and better understand the demands of modern businesses.

She adds, “In addition to their academic knowledge, students need to acquire many other skills from enterprises. BAA Training Vietnam offers a highly disciplined environment. The skills in risk management, teamwork under pressure, and the mindset of continuous learning here will strongly inspire our students, particularly those in the Management Faculty. We hope this experience at BAA Training Vietnam motivates our students to strive harder in their studies, research, and career development.”
