Tra Vinh University meets Media and International Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (MIF)

TVU – On March 6, 2025, Tra Vinh University met with Media and International Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (MIF) to discuss cooperation opportunities and labor supply linkages for Tra Vinh University students to work in Japan as engineers.

The delegation included Mr. Le Quoc Truong, CEO of Media and International Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (MIF); Mr. Hideo Hayashi, CEO of LEAD Company, MIF’s Japanese partner, and other delegation members.

Receiving the delegation was Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice President of Tra Vinh University, along with representatives from various departments: International Cooperation Department; Communication and Community Promotion Department; International Training Institute; College of Medicine and Pharmacy (CMP); Faculty of Engineering and Technology; Department of Mechanics and Dynamics; and Employment Service Center.

In her welcome speech, Dr. Thach Thi Dan highly appreciated the cooperation between the University and MIF Company and LEAD Company, which have shown interest and created cooperative conditions to bring employment opportunities for students in the Japanese market.

Representing Media and International Finance Investment Joint Stock Company, Mr. Le Quoc Truong, CEO, presented the Group’s operational fields and scale, providing information about suitable employment opportunities for Tra Vinh University students, specifically in Automotive Technology, Information Technology, and Construction.

MIF Company emphasized their support and training in skills and language for Tra Vinh University students with needs and interests in working in the Group.

Mr. Hideo Hayashi, CEO of LEAD Company, shared information about human resource demands and personnel shortages in many fields in Japan. The company wishes to exchange, explore, and cooperate with the University to recruit students interested in working in Japan. For LEAD Company, when students go to Japan to work, the company will continue their Japanese language training journey and address any difficulties in daily life throughout their working period in Japan.
