(TVU) – Tra Vinh University takes a significant step toward international education by signing a memorandum of understanding with Talented Minds Agency (TMA) on October 29, 2024. The collaboration focuses on enhancing academic education, research capabilities, and career development opportunities for TVU students in the United States.
The signing ceremony brings together key representatives from both institutions. TMA’s delegation includes Director Ms. Nguyen Vu Hong Hanh and Advisory Board Member Dr. David Nghiem, while Vice Rector Assoc represents TVU. Prof. Dr. Diep Thanh Tung and various department heads.
Under this partnership, TVU students gain access to advanced degree programs in the United States through TMA’s extensive network. TMA commits to facilitating connections with U.S. universities’ Research and Development projects, seeking PhD and MS candidates, coordinating interview processes, and assisting students in securing scholarships. The agency will also provide comprehensive support throughout the application and admission processes while offering career coaching to prepare students for international academic and professional environments.
“This collaboration with TMA represents a crucial milestone in our mission to connect students with international scholarship opportunities,” states Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diep Thanh Tung. He emphasizes how this partnership advances TVU’s goals of enhancing educational quality and expanding research and career development prospects for students.
TMA Director Ms. Nguyen Vu Hong Hanh emphasizes the importance of English proficiency for students pursuing international studies in academic settings and daily life. She expresses optimism about future collaborative initiatives between TVU and TMA.
