(TVU) – Tra Vinh University meets with Viettel Tra Vinh on April 3, 2025, to discuss their cooperation plan for digital transformation. This meeting creates new opportunities to apply technology in education and boost local socio-economic development.
The Viettel Tra Vinh delegation includes Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Hung (Director), Senior Lieutenant Colonel Doan Van Dat, Mr Le Minh Nhat (Deputy Director), Mr Vo Hoai Dam Le (Director of Viettel Tra Vinh Construction Branch), and Mr Nguyen Van Minh (Director of Viettel Post Tra Vinh).
The university representatives include Assoc. Prof. Dr Diep Thanh Tung (Vice Rector), Mr Nguyen Nhat Thanh (Chairman of the University’s Labor Union), and Mr Nguyen Dinh Chieu (Vice President of the Student Union).
At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr Diep Thanh Tung highlights how digital transformation is vital in creating a modern educational environment that aligns with sustainable development. He hopes the partnership with Viettel Tra Vinh will help the university enhance its technology use in teaching, learning, research, and administration.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Hung confirms Viettel Tra Vinh’s commitment to support Tra Vinh University in implementing advanced technology solutions. The company will also offer internship opportunities for TVU students to gain practical experience and explore career paths within Viettel.
This working session sets the foundation for a comprehensive partnership between both organizations, helping advance digital transformation in education and community service.
