TVU – On May 7, Tra Vinh University (TVU) receives a delegation of outstanding students from Can Tho University for an exchange program to share startup experiences with TVU students. The activity aims to strengthen connections, exchange models, and spread the spirit of innovation and creativity within the regional student community.
The working delegation includes Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Deputy Director of the Student Counseling, Support and Startup Center, leading the group along with 20 outstanding students with startup ideas. The university welcomes the delegation through M.A. Nguyen Van Vu An, Director of the Innovation and Startup Center at Tra Vinh University and Director of the Tra Vinh Provincial Business Incubator.
Speaking at the program, M.A. Nguyen Van Vu An affirms: “The connection between universities plays an important role in developing a sustainable and effective startup ecosystem. TVU always stands ready to accompany and share to spread the spirit of daring to think and dare to act among students.”
Representing Can Tho University, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao shares that the working visit to Tra Vinh University serves as an opportunity for students from both universities to exchange ideas, learn from each other, and approach startup practices through specific models.
During the working session, students from both universities and experts engage in deep discussions about startup support models, the process of developing ideas into actual products and services, and common obstacles encountered during project implementation. Additionally, the Can Tho University student delegation visits actual outstanding startup models at TVU.
The program contributes to strengthening cooperative relations between the two higher education institutions, promoting the wave of innovation and creativity among students – the core resource for the development of the regional startup ecosystem.
