(TVU) – In the middle of July 2018, Tra Vinh University (TVU) held the ceremony of launching the Summer Volunteer Campaign 2018 with the attendance of TVU Vice Rector Vo Hoang Khai. This campaign has attracted the voluntary participation of over 1,000 TVU students.
The campaign lasting one month from 15 July to 15 August focuses on issues of environmental protection, adaptation to climate change, social security and rural development.
“I am very proud of joining this summer campaign to partly contribute to local community through my practical work”, expressed Nguyen Thi Ngoc Han, TVU student.
Speaking up at the meeting, Vice Rector Vo Hoang Khai highly appreciated TVU students for their voluntary spirit to the development of local communities.
