The Center of Excellence in Learning Resources and Innovation organized this regular professional development activity. The training session attracted 30 participants, including subject-matter lecturers and English language teachers working at various faculties, schools, institutes, offices, and centers. A key focus of the workshop was to guide lecturers in designing and conducting effective teaching and learning activities, supporting students step by step, encouraging interaction and active participation, and applying AI technology to help learners achieve both subject knowledge and English language proficiency.
Practical teaching demonstrations by participating lecturers were also integrated into the sessions. These lecturers demonstrated strong English proficiency, excellent teaching competence, and a professional demeanor, which Dr. Dieter Bruhn and his colleagues highly appreciated.

At the closing ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Vice Director of the Institute of International Education, shared that the workshop met the needs and expectations of Tra Vinh University’s lecturers and praised their ability to deliver specialized content in English. He expressed hope that, after this training program, more lecturers would participate in international teaching exchange programs and that more international students would come to Tra Vinh University.
