TVU – Tra Vinh University welcomes an audit delegation from Bureau Veritas Certifications Vietnam (BVC) on August 21 and 22 to reassess the university’s quality management system for ISO 9001:2015 recertification.
The delegation, led by Mr. Dang Van Quy and including members Mr. Le Truc Phuong and Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung, is received by TVU’s leadership and ISO management representatives. The team comprehensively evaluates TVU’s quality management system, examining objectives, action plans, operational controls, infrastructure, and resources to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
In concluding remarks, Mr. Dang Van Quy confirms that the audit results demonstrate TVU’s full adherence to ISO 9001:2015 requirements. He highlights the university’s transparent management practices, efficient operations, and steadfast commitment to quality assurance. While commending TVU’s ongoing efforts to maintain its quality management system, Mr. Quy offers recommendations for further development, including enhancing faculty quality, innovating teaching methods, and strengthening industry connections.
The positive outcome results in TVU successfully recertifying its quality management system to ISO 9001:2015 standards. This achievement underscores the university’s dedication to upholding high teaching, research, and administration standards, reinforcing its position within the academic community.
Dr. Thach Thi Dan, TVU’s Vice Rector, sincerely thanks the delegation for their time, valuable feedback, and suggestions throughout the assessment process. She emphasizes that the university will use these insights to identify areas for improvement and further enhance its educational offerings.
TVU stands out as one of the higher education institutions that have implemented an ISO-based quality management system since its establishment. With nearly two decades of experience in applying ISO 9001:2015, TVU has consistently maintained and improved its operations and education quality, achieving both domestic and international educational quality accreditation.
