TVU – On August 7th, Tra Vinh University (TVU) and Topband Smart Dong Nai Company Limited signed a memorandum of understanding on career counseling, internships, and graduate recruitment.
Topband Smart representatives included Ms. Yang Jiayan, Human Resources Director; Mr. La Hung Phat, Corporate Culture Training Specialist; and Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Recruitment Specialist.
TVU was represented by Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Thi Hue, Vice Rector of the College of Southern Khmer Language – Culture – Arts and Humanities (CLASKA); Dr. Huynh Tan Thanh, Vice Rector of the College of Engineering and Technology; along with leaders from the Chinese Language Department, the Center of Excellence in Learning Resources and Innovation, the Center of Career, and the Department of Student Affairs, as well as students from Engineering, Technology, English, and Chinese Language programs.
The collaboration focuses on student internships, graduate recruitment, and joint training and sponsorship for future educational and career guidance activities.
Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice Rector of TVU, emphasized the partnership as crucial for improving education quality and aligning it with practical needs, aiming to equip TVU graduates with both strong academic knowledge and practical skills.
Ms. Yang Jiayan, on behalf of Topband Smart Dong Nai Company Limited, praised TVU’s high-quality education and student dynamism, viewing the partnership as a bridge connecting the university and the company, providing students with valuable real-world experience, enhancing professional skills, and improving employment prospects. Topband Smart expressed its commitment to supporting TVU’s career guidance, specialized training, and youth development initiatives.
