On July 17, 2023, Dang Gia Huy, a student from the English Linguistics program 2019 at Tra Vinh University, begins the journey to visit, study, and engage in cultural exchange at Southern Leyte State University, Philippines.
The program takes place from July 17 to July 30, 2023, at Southern Leyte State University, Philippines, implemented through the collaboration between Tra Vinh University (TVU) and Southern Leyte State University (SLSU).
The program combines activities such as sightseeing, studying, and cultural exchange between students and lecturers. By participating in the program, students have the opportunity to experience and explore the culture, arts, cuisine, and famous landmarks in the Philippines.
With English being an official language in the Philippines and Filipino, students have many opportunities to improve their English skills and learn a new language through academic exchanges and activities with local people.
At the same time, with the guidance of lecturers and the cooperation of SLSU students, TVU students will apply their academic knowledge to practical community service activities.
