Five faculty members accompanied 38 students from various majors, including Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology, Automation and Control Engineering Technology, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, Chinese Linguistics, and English Linguistics.

The trip aimed to connect students with businesses, allowing them to experience the practical working and living environments; thereby, providing them with better career direction for the future.

Students visited two companies: TOPBAND SMART Dong Nai (Vietnam) and REGZA Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. They toured various departments, from production and human resources to marketing.

The representatives of the businesses shared insights into company operations, culture, and current recruitment needs, helping students understand how their classroom learning applies to real-world work. The trip enhanced students’ career awareness and developed their observation, communication, and teamwork skills. This valuable hands-on activity helped students better define their post-graduation career paths.

Pham Minh Khoi, a third-year Electronics student, highlighted the professionalism and work ethic of the company staff, emphasizing the importance of both technical skills and soft skills.

Dr. Le Minh Hai, Deputy Head of the Electrical and Electronics Department at TVU’s College of Engineering and Technology, praised the trip’s value in bridging theory and practice, and connecting the university with businesses.

Mr. Phan Huu Phuc, Deputy Director of TVU’s Center of Career and trip leader, expressed gratitude to the companies for their hospitality and support. The university plans to organize more such meaningful programs to connect students’ learning with practical experience and prepare them for the competitive job market.
