The TEEP at Feng Chia University runs from June 29 to August 31, 2024. Organized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, the program aims to provide international students with opportunities to experience Taiwanese culture while engaging in short-term study and internships. It equips students with skills relevant to the Asian job market across various fields including Engineering, Agriculture and Fisheries, Business and Management, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Culture and Humanities, and Healthcare.

During the program, students will develop their professional skills through learning experiences in Taiwan and participate in software development projects with members of the Software Technology Laboratory, supervised by Professor Hsi Min Chen from Feng Chia University’s Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science.

In addition to academic activities, students will experience traditional Taiwanese cuisine and participate in cultural exchange events to enhance their language skills. The program promises to develop students’ intercultural communication skills and global mindset.

This marks the second year that IT students from Tra Vinh University have participated in the TEEP, following the successful trip of two IT students in 2023.
