On April 11, Tra Vinh University (TVU) welcomed and worked with Dr. David Nghiem – a technology expert from the United States, along with a delegation of international experts to share experiences and develop orientations in key technology fields such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), and at the same time open up many international scholarship and internship opportunities for students of the school.
The US expert delegation included Dr. David Nghiem – Member of the TMA Advisory Board, Founder of ILSA Niveless, an expert in the field of wireless technology; Ms. Nguyen Vu Hong Hanh – Director of Talented Minds Agency (TMA); Mr. Kevin Koh – Chairman of Faraday Technology Vietnam.
On the side of Tra Vinh University, the working session was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa – Rector; Dr. Vo Phuoc Hung – Head of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, along with nearly 70 students majoring in Information Technology and Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology, etc.
In his opening speech, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa affirmed the importance of international cooperation in improving the quality of training and scientific research. He hoped the program would bridge the solid bridge between TVU students and global technology enterprises.

Within the framework of the program, Dr. David Nghiem presented two topics: “Guidelines for the development of semiconductor technology in Vietnam” and “Artificial Intelligence (AI): Trends and practical applications.” These contents received attention from lecturers and students, inspiring passion for research and learning in high technology.
Ms. Nguyen Vu Hong Hanh introduced the scholarship program of Talented Minds Agency, which is an organization that supports excellent students in accessing advanced technology projects and connecting with global business networks. In addition, the program promises to bring many valuable scholarship opportunities to TVU students in the upcoming time.
Business representative Mr. Kevin Koh – Chairman of Faraday Technology Vietnam – shared about the internship program exclusively for Engineering and Information Technology students at TVU, creating conditions for students to access a real working environment and gain experience at one of the leading technology companies.
On this occasion, the international expert delegation awarded 10 scholarships, each worth 5 million VND, to students with excellent academic achievements at Tra Vinh University.
