TVU – On December 4, 2025, Tra Vinh University signs a cooperation agreement with GIANTS Education Training Co., Ltd. at the company’s headquarters. The agreement focuses on joint recruitment for Aptis ESOL English certificate training programs, opening new opportunities for Tra Vinh University students and learners to access official English proficiency assessment exams.
GIANTS Education Training Co., Ltd. welcomes the Tra Vinh University delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice Rector of the University, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Vice Rector of the College of Economics and Law (CEL) and Director of the International Training Institute, and Dr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Deputy Director of the International Training Institute. Representing the company are Ms. Tran Duyen Duyen, Director, and Dr. Nguyen Di Khanh, Deputy Director.
During the working session, both sides exchange views and reach an agreement on core cooperation contents to ensure practical and effective implementation. After signing the agreement, the two units also discuss specific tasks and preparations for the immediate deployment of joint activities in the coming period.



The company representatives then guide the Tra Vinh University delegation on a tour of the Aptis ESOL examination facilities. The testing venue meets strict technical and spatial standards, providing a comfortable environment and optimal conditions for candidates to participate in the exams.
The working session concludes with positive prospects for sustainable and long-term cooperation between Tra Vinh University and GIANTS Education Training Co., Ltd. Aptis ESOL stands as a modern, flexible international English proficiency test developed by the British Council and continues to gain strong recognition worldwide. For students, the certificate supports graduation requirements and strengthens competitiveness in the job market. Its comprehensive assessment of four language skills in practical contexts helps learners confidently pursue career opportunities in both domestic and international working environments.
The Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam recognizes the Aptis ESOL certificate as equivalent to the levels of the Six-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework, as per Decision No. 925/QD-BGDDT dated March 31, 2023.
