Actress Hong Anh inspire the students of Tra Vinh University

(TVU) – On March 26, Actress Hong Anh shared about her life and career with more than 1000 students in an interactive session at the D5 hall of Tra Vinh University.

In his welcome speech, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice-Rector of Tra Vinh University hoped that the session would be an opportunity for students of Tra Vinh University to better understand the process of rising and reaping career success of actress Hong Anh – whose homeland is Tra Vinh, thereby creating motivation for students to strive to overcome difficulties in their studies and lives.

Hong Anh shared: “The journey to success is very thorny and full of physical and mental concerns. Every job requires flexibility and effort to cultivate knowledge and skills at each stage. Passion will be the driving force for us to accomplish our goals.”

The actress also confided that she sometimes faces lots of pressure and stress at work. It is perseverance and encouragement from her family that help her overcome those difficulties.

Huynh Truong Son, a student of Medical Imaging Technology shared: “Knowing that there’s gonna be an interactive session with actress Hong Anh, my friends and I came here very early. In our eyes, Ms. Hong Anh is a very energetic, cheerful, and friendly person.”

During the session, many students directly asked questions to the actress. Besides, there were special and unique performances by students as a spiritual gift for the female “Golden Lotus”.

Hong Anh’s real name is Pham Thi Hong Anh, born on August 28, 1977, in Tra Vinh. She has won many awards for her acting at national and international film festivals.
