TVU – Tra Vinh University conducted a ceremony on the afternoon of May 20, 2022, to announce the resolution to designate TVU’s Rector for the term 2021-2025. In addition, three additional Associate Professors have been appointed.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Ngo Truong Giang, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs in Tra Vinh province; Mr. Tran Hoan Kim, Chairman of the School Advisory Council, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, Chairman of Tra Vinh University Council, representatives of TVU unit leaders.
At the ceremony, the Council announced the resolution to appoint Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Vice-Rector of Tra Vinh University, to become the Rector for the term 2021 – 2025.

TVU awarded the title of associate professor to Assoc. Professor: Pham Van Tai – Transport major
TVU awarded the title of associate professor to Assoc. Professor: Nguyen The Truyen – Arts major
Tra Vinh University also announced the resolution to appoint the Title of Associate Professor to Assoc. Professors: Nguyen Van Nguyen (Economics major), Pham Van Tai (Transport major), and Nguyen The Truyen (Art major) from the units affiliated with Tra Vinh University.
Mr. Tran Hoan Kim – Former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Former Chairman of the Tra Vinh Provincial People’s Committee, and Chairman of the Advisory Council – was also congratulated by the Tra Vinh University Council, the Rector Board, and the lecturers for receiving the 50-year Party membership badge.
