Program Objectives

The banking training program is designed with an application-oriented approach to meet the needs of employers and stakeholders. Specifically, the program aims to train students so that within 2-3 years after graduation, they will be able to:

  • PO1: Manage credit operations, capital mobilization, financial accounting, and banking services in a competitive and globally integrated environment.
  • PO2: Provide financial and banking services.
  • PO3: Conduct scientific research, engage in lifelong learning, work independently and collaboratively, problem-solve, lead in professional expertise, and adapt to changes in the financial sector and international integration.
  • PO4: Enhance compliance with laws, uphold banking ethics, and take responsibility for society.
