The Business Administration program (Program ID: 7340101) is accredited by the international quality assurance standard FIBAA. The program offers four specializations: General Business Administration, Financial Management, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management.
Training Objectives
The Business Administration program has an application-oriented design that meets the needs of employers and the community. It provides students with foundational knowledge of social sciences, political science, law, and information technology, along with in-depth knowledge of economics and business. Students learn about planning, organizing, supervising, and managing, with a special focus on marketing, administration, finance, and accounting. The program equips students with essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to propose solutions in a constantly changing work environment. It also develops skills in management, leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, and foreign languages.
Furthermore, the program fosters autonomy and self-direction, enabling students to plan, coordinate, and supervise human and organizational resources. Graduates can work effectively both independently and in teams, taking personal and group responsibility. They develop a strong sense of discipline, professional ethics, dedication, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Students are prepared to analyze the business environment, formulate strategies, and build business plans. The program aims to produce graduates with a positive attitude, a desire for lifelong learning, and a spirit of community service and international integration.
Program Duration
Students earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in 3.5 years. The program consists of 7 semesters and requires 121 credits.

We welcome applicants from within Vietnam and from other countries. The admission process follows the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and Tra Vinh University.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
Graduates can apply basic knowledge of political theory, national defense, natural sciences, social sciences, law, and information technology to solve problems in the business and management fields. They use their foundational knowledge of the industry to address issues in economics and business. They can also apply their understanding of production, finance, human resources, marketing, and strategy to business administration activities within an enterprise.
Skills
Graduates can use English at level 3/6 of the Vietnamese framework (B1 level) and specialized English for business communication and negotiation. They can use informatics and statistical software to analyze and forecast socio-economic situations. They effectively combine skills in independent work, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking in their business activities. Graduates can develop markets and manage relationships with customers and business partners. They can also assess the operating environment and feasibility of business projects and formulate business strategies for enterprise development. They are prepared to make decisions on risk management, adapt to changes in business and multicultural environments, and create entrepreneurial ideas to generate employment for themselves and others.

Career Opportunities
Graduates of the Business Administration program can work in government agencies, non-profit organizations, domestic and international business enterprises, and research institutes in the fields of economics, management, and business. They can take on various professional roles such as sales, marketing, finance, or human resources specialist. They are also prepared for management positions like business manager, department director, project director, or business director. Graduates can work as analysts or consultants and can start their businesses.
Postgraduate Opportunities
After graduating, students are qualified to advance their education. They can participate in short-term training courses for roles like Human Resources Director or CEO, and other courses related to business administration in Vietnam and abroad. They can also pursue a second bachelor’s degree in a related major. Furthermore, graduates are eligible to enroll in Master’s and PhD programs in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, and other economic fields at universities nationally and internationally.
