(TVU) – On the morning of October 21, Tra Vinh University held the opening session for postgraduate and specialized level 1 courses for the past enrollment period of April and August.
At the meeting, there was Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice-Rector, leader of the Advisory Council, representative of leaders of Departments, Boards, Institutes, Centers, member schools, specialized faculties and units outside the school, and new graduates and Ph.D. students.
According to Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Head of the Department of Postgraduate Education, in the first round of admission for graduate classes in 2023, there were 21 Ph.D. students and 519 graduate students admitted in 16 majors, including Cultural Studies, Agricultural Development, Business Administration, Economic Management, Economic Law, Finance and Banking, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Educational Management, Pedagogy, Theory and Methodology of English language teaching, Public Management, Information Technology, Health Management, Veterinary Medicine, Public Health, and 19 students admitted to the level 1 specialty of Odonto-Stomatology.
Associate Professor. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector of Tra Vinh University, congratulated the 559 new students who were admitted and completed the admission procedures according to regulations. The school would always create favorable conditions for students to study, research, improve professional qualifications, and meet career and socio-economic development requirements.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the new Ph.D. and graduate students, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mai, majoring in Theory and Methodology of English language teaching, expressed her deep gratitude to the leaders and teachers at Tra Vinh University, and promised to strive and learn well, strictly comply with the school’s rules and regulations.
On this occasion, Tra Vinh University rewarded candidates who achieved valedictorian results in 2023’s master’s degree training and the level I specialty entrance exam.
