Tata Coffee Vietnam Co., Ltd works at Tra Vinh University

(TVU) – The delegation from Tata Coffee Vietnam Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Raghu Narayanam – General Director of Tata Coffee Vietnam Co., Ltd., has visited and worked at Tra Vinh University. At the meeting with the delegation, there was the Vice-Rector, Thach Thi Dan, and leaders of the University’s units.

The aim of the delegation to Tra Vinh University learned about training models,  looked for cooperation opportunities, recruited labor resources, and brought job opportunities to ­students. They also spent time visiting the Cordyceps Sinensis cultivation lab and freeze-drying technology at the Institute of Biotechnology.

It is known that Tata Group is one of India’s largest conglomerates headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with many branches and production cooperators in over 150 countries and territories in various fields.

Tata Coffee Vietnam is one of the businesses under Tata Group, specializing in coffee production with high-tech freeze-drying technology. Realizing the development potential in Vietnam, the group decided to invest in building a processing factory in Vietnam, which is located in the Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park II.
