The Study Promotion Association of Taiwanese Business in Vietnam awards 29 scholarships to TVU students

(TVU) – On September 6, the Study Promotion Association of Taiwanese Business in Vietnam awards 29 scholarships totaling 250 million VND to TVU students. Of which 20 are for undergraduate students and 9 are for graduate students.

Mr. To Kien Nguyen, Chairman of the Study Promotion Association of Taiwanese Business in Vietnam, Mr. Tran Phat, Vice Chairman of the Tra Vinh Provincial Mutual Economic Association, and Ms. Thach Thi Dan, Vice-Rector of Tra Vinh University are all present at the scholarship awarding ceremony.

Mr. To Kien Nguyen expressed: “Vietnam is a stunning nation with a rich culture and history. Vietnamese people are known for their warmth, generosity, and diligence. In fact, there are pupils and students who experience challenging circumstances in life but still rise to the occasion and conquer challenges to achieve academic success.” His top concern for the country is education. The goal of the Taiwanese Business Study Promotion Association scholarship is to motivate students to put forth significant effort in their academic pursuits.

Ms. Thach Thi Dan, Vice President of TVU University, thanked the Study Promotion Association of Taiwanese Business, Mr. Ton Kien Nguyen, and Mr. Tran Phat for their deep affection for the students.

Ms. Le Thi Kieu Han, a student of Chinese Studies, expressed her sincere gratitude to the TVU’s Board of Directors and the sponsoring unit on behalf of all students and scholarship recipients. Inspiring and encouraging the spirit to keep working hard to study in order to get good results.
