In 2025, Tra Vinh University (TVU) continues to rise 29 positions in the Top 400, ranking 42nd in the Top 100 world universities with real impact.
The World Universities with Real Impact (WURI) alliance announces this achievement. TVU continues to rise 13 positions compared to 2024, ranking 29th in the Top 400 and 42nd in the Top 100 universities that make an impact and contribute to society.
In 2025, Tra Vinh University continues to rise to 29th position in the Top 400
According to WURI, 1,252 universities participate in this year’s ranking, an increase of about 180 universities compared to 2024. This marks the sixth consecutive year that TVU has risen in both the Top 100 and Top 400 rankings (https://www.wuri.world/wuri-ranking-2025).
Notably, TVU achieves top 50 positions in three component categories this year. Specifically, TVU ranks 21st in component indicator B7 for Cost-Benefit Management, 23rd in indicator A2 for Student Mobility and Openness, and 26th in indicator B8 for University Brand and Reputation.

TVU achieves these results through values that promote innovation and creativity among students, faculty, and university management, while fostering collaborative thinking with learners and the business community. The university expands Co-op training programs with enterprises, provides order-based training, and strengthens international education quality accreditation. Students have opportunities to intern or participate in international research projects, receive scholarships to study abroad, or join student exchange programs.
This represents an encouraging result for the continuous efforts of the collective staff, faculty, students, workers, and partners in cooperation, expanding investment, innovation, improving training quality, teaching and learning activities, scientific research, and pursuing values that serve the community and social responsibility.
To date, TVU has 27 training programs have accredited according to international standards FIBAA, AUN-QA, ABET.

This contributes to placing TVU among the top universities in the Mekong Delta region with many programs achieving international education quality accreditation.
This achievement confirms the university’s persistent efforts in improving training quality, moving toward global educational standards.
Additionally, TVU has consistently ranked in the Top 200 universities with green educational environments and sustainable development investment according to UI GreenMetric Ranking for many years. The university has won outstanding digital transformation awards for three consecutive years from 2022 to 2024.
