Tra Vinh University launches “Online Business Startup – AI Era” training program

On November 9, the “Online Business Startup – AI Era” training program officially opened. The program is jointly organized by Vinh Long Province Business Incubator and FixEcom company. The program aims to equip participants with in-depth knowledge about e-commerce, digital communication, multi-channel marketing, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology into online business.

Attending the event were delegates from organizing units and partners. From FixEcom company, the attendees included Mr. Le Si Dung, Founder; Mr. Le Quan, Co-Founder; and Mr. Nguyen Chi Han, Marketing Director.

Representing Tra Vinh University were Mr. Nguyen Van Vu An, Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Director of Vinh Long Province Business Incubator, along with leaders, lecturers, students and guests from businesses and cooperatives in the region.

Mr. Le Si Dung, Founder of FixEcom company, emphasized the importance of applying AI to online business. He believes that mastering and applying technology will help optimize sales processes and enhance business competitiveness in today’s digital business environment.

Mr. Nguyen Van Vu An also expressed his expectation that the program will provide a solid foundation for participants, especially students, in developing online business skills. At the same time, the program will contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of Vinh Long province and the Mekong Delta region.

According to information, the “Online Business Startup – AI Era” training program lasts 15 sessions, starting from November 9, 2025. Participants receive comprehensive knowledge about product selection, identifying target customers, building image content, videos, livestreams, optimizing stores on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop, and building multi-channel advertising strategies.

      

Notably, the program combines theory and practice, giving participants opportunities to apply AI technology to their real projects. In addition, participants will receive online mentoring from experts and participate in group discussion activities to exchange experiences and business strategies. The program attracted more than 220 application submissions, including businesses, cooperatives, business households, lecturers and students. After a careful selection process, the organizing committee chose the 100 most outstanding participants to join this year’s training course. These participants all have potential and passion for online business, ready to face challenges and seize development opportunities in the digital business environment.

With support from experts, the program promises to bring practical value to participants. The first session equipped participants with basic knowledge about online sales channels, how to analyze and select suitable sales channels, and legal issues to note when selling online. This is an important foundation helping participants orient themselves and build effective online business strategies.
