TVU – From September 5 to September 7, 2025, Vinh Long Business Incubator, in collaboration with Mekong Institute, Can Tho University, and British Council Vietnam, organized the training program ” Climate Entrepreneurship Skills – Seeds for Green Transformation” to equip students with knowledge and skills, and arouse the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship associated with climate change.
The program attracted the participation of a large number of students from the Faculties, Institutes, and Schools under Tra Vinh University. Experts from the Faculty of Environment at Tra Vinh University, the Vinh Long Business Incubator, and the Center for Women’s Development in the Mekong Delta shared their insights during the program.
The training course “Climate Entrepreneurship Skills – Seeds for Green Transformation” offers students the opportunity to acquire valuable knowledge about climate change, develop essential soft skills, and connect with experts and peers to foster a spirit of innovation for sustainable development.
Raising awareness about Climate Change and the environment is the foundation for promoting green startup ideas, towards sustainable development, and creating positive impacts for the community.
The 3-day training series was successful. During the course, students discussed and experienced practical skills, focusing on topics related to the environment, learning about the impacts of Climate Change, and finding practical solutions for each subject and vulnerable groups in the community.
This training program framework is an activity that contributes to connecting the School to the community, while creating conditions for students to raise environmental awareness and develop the necessary skills in the context of being affected by Climate Change.
