In the morning of November 26, 2011, at the Hall of Faculty of Agriculture &Aquaculture, TVU solemnly held a course-ending and degree awarding ceremony for classes of upgrading from two year –college level and three year-college level to four-year college level majoring in accountancy course 2008 and 2009. The ceremony was honored to welcome the participant of Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh- Rector of TVU, other members of TVU Rector Board such as Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Mr. Le Van Don and Mr. Vo Hoang Khai, Mr. Nguyen Van Nguyen- Head of Resource Development Institute and related division leaders of TVU.
The Graduation Council approved 157 students in the total number of 187 students in which the number of class of upgrading from two-year -college level to four-year-college level is 88 with three of them got the very good rank (ratio 3.4%) and 69 new bachelors from class of upgrading three year-college level to four-year college level with 22 got the very good rank (ratio 31.9%). Most of the students from these classes are currently working for offices inside and outside the province. They studied these courses with the aim at improving their qualifications, professional skills to better serve their units.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh congratulated the new bachelors completing their studying tasks. Dr. Khanh also hoped that they would apply the knowledge; skills and experiences obtained at this institution into their present job and contribute to the development of their hometown. Concurrently, he also expressed his desire to have positive feedback from these students about this training model to further develop which helps TVU always best serve with the slogan “Bringing the quality education to the community.”
