In the morning on October 1st, 2012, TVU welcomed Ms. Alica Luise Felgendreher, Canadian volunteer to work at Victory Center of Informatics and Foreign Languages, TVU. Welcoming Ms. Alica Luise Felgendreher, there were Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, Rector of TVU and representatives of Victory Center of Informatics and Foreign Languages and International Collaboration and Project Promotion Office, TVU.

At the first meeting, Ms. Alica Luise Felgendreher was orientated and shared useful information about local people’s culture and life and TVU regulations by the representative of International Collaboration and Project Promotion Office. Ms. Alica Luise Felgendreher will instruct learners at Victory Center of Informatics and Foreign Languages for three months and her contract can be extended. In her first week, Ms. Alica Luise Felgendreher will observe some classes of Victory Center of Informatics and Foreign Languages to get teaching experience from the center’s instructors and explore the learners’ studying capacity. Afterwards, she will instruct English to the center’s learners.
On behalf of TVU Rector Board, Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh expressed his cheers to Ms. Alica Luise Felgendreher. TVU will offer her convenient conditions during her working time at TVU.
