(TVU) – On April 22nd, Professor Dr. Savas Tumis, a lecturer at the Technical University of Berlin (Germany) and Director of Whole Brain Strategy LLC, conducts a sharing session on leadership for university leaders and managers of various units at the university.
Attending the program are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector, Dr. Thach Thi Dan, Vice Rector, along with leaders of affiliated units of Tra Vinh University.
The main topics shared by Professor Savas Tumis include analyzing leaders’ personalities and abilities using a personal preference mapping tool, the essential qualities of a ‘leader’ falling into 4 characteristic groups on the measurement scale, finding balance between employees and leveraging their strengths rather than focusing on weaknesses, leadership cultures across different regions worldwide, assessing employees’ personalities based on the HBDI system, and more.
During the session, representatives from the university’s affiliated units share knowledge and practical experiences about unit managers’ roles and responsibilities, thereby shaping and developing the university’s overall strategy.
Prof. Dr. Savas Tumis expresses his delight at the active participation and interest of the university leaders and managers. Through this sharing session, he hopes to impart additional knowledge and skills to enhance work efficiency and achieve sustainable success, conveying the message: “Kindle everyone with the fire in your heart”—St. Augustine of Hippo.
Prof. Dr. Savas Tumis is the Director of Whole Brain Strategy LLC; a Professor teaching leadership and entrepreneurial spirit at the Vietnamese-German University; a Professor teaching Creative and Innovative Marketing at the Technical University of Berlin; a European Intellectual Property Lawyer; and an Academic Advisor at the Khmer Language, Culture and Arts Faculty under Tra Vinh University.
