(TVU) – On April 8, 2024, Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, President of Central Philippine University (CPU), and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector of Tra Vinh University (TVU), sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Central Philippine University and Tra Vinh University.
Dr. Irving Rio, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and a delegation from Central Philippine University; Assoc are joining the signing ceremony. Prof. Dr. Diep Thanh Tung, Vice Rector, and representatives of the leadership of various units at Tra Vinh University.

According to the content of the MOU, the two parties agree to establish the Asian Research Network (ARN) and collaborate to promote research, development, and higher education cooperation in Asia through joint research projects, academic exchanges, and educational cooperation activities on a mutually beneficial basis.
Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy hopes that the cooperation will help the two parties develop through cultural exchange activities in teaching, joint scientific research, and participation in collaborative research projects between the two universities.
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, CPU, and TVU have been traditional, friendly partners for many years, and they hope that the two parties can continue to cooperate in the long term, jointly develop many new projects, and effectively implement the activities that have been signed in the memorandum of understanding, towards becoming strategic partners.
