According to the university leadership, developing Co-op programs has been one of TVU’s highlights for many years, bringing significant benefits to three parties: students, the university, and businesses. Most businesses prefer graduates who have at least 1 to 2 years of experience, and the Co-op program has addressed this issue effectively.

Accordingly, students have the opportunity to experience, work, and learn practical tasks at businesses while still studying, and receive a salary. After graduation, businesses also prioritize hiring these students because they can start working immediately without incurring additional costs for practical training.
