On May 10th, 2012, Ms. Tran Khanh Tuyet- representative of Vietnamese Heritage Institute (VHI) visited TVU and gave five scholarships for lecturers of TVU. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh- Rector of TVU and leader representatives of faculties and offices welcomed her at the Ceremony.

To support TVU lecturers in their post graduate studying, VHI has sponsored many scholarships for TVU lecturers for many years. At the Ceremony, Ms. Tran Khanh Tuyet hoped that TVU lecturers could have more conditions in doing research and developing other scientific things for the development of Tra Vinh with this small support from VHI.

On behalf of TVU Rector Board, Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh gave special gratitude to the support of VHI, especially to Ms. Tran Khanh Tuyet for her contribution to TVU in recent years. He also encouraged TVU lecturers got the scholarships to use effectively the money in their research and further studying.
