During the event, Dr. Phan Quoc Nghia states that the goal of the cooperation agreement between the two units aims at the best practical benefits and support for students. Specifically, the meetings and talk shows held by FPT Telecom will assist students in developing and using soft skills, boosting their self-assurance, and progressively interacting with a professional work environment.

TVU and FPT Telecom cooperate through the agreement to provide services that aid in the teaching and learning processes of TVU lecturers and students. FPT Telecom will provide TVU students internships at FPT branches across the country, give priority to recruiting TVU students, support IT training equipment, as well as fund study encouragement scholarships and scholarships for students facing financial hardships.

The director of FPT Telecom Vinh Long – Tra Vinh Branch, Mr. Dao Le Hoang Vu, expresses his happiness and appreciation for the partnership between the two sides. He expects further opportunities to engage students and share practical experiences with them. Moreover, FPT not only offers funding for the facilities of the university but also the ideal environment for TVU students to develop into highly skilled human resources who can benefit the local area and the whole region.

During the “Professional or Unemployed” talk show, students have the opportunity to hear from professionals about the experiences, skills, attitudes, and challenges that they must overcome in the actual working environment.

According to Ms. Vo Thi Kim Hong, in the working environment, students must understand that “culture is the foundation of humanity, and proficiency is the foundation of success.” Afterward, they will develop discipline and appropriate workplace behaviors in order to fit in and stay engaged with businesses. In today’s very competitive job market, students should also thoroughly prepare their resumes or practice the interview process before applying for any positions.
