On March 19, The Faculty of Odonto-Stomatology of Tra Vinh University organizes free dental examinations and treatments for primary school students at the Lab School, responding to “World Oral Health Day – March 20.”
The World Oral Health Day is annually held on March 20 to raise people’s awareness of oral health and encourage the community to contribute to the reduction of oral diseases.
Attending the dental treatment session, there were more than 10 doctors with many specialized tools including dental chairs, medicines, and modern medical instruments, fully equipped to meet the examination and treatment of patients.
Primary students of the Lab School are examined and treated for dental diseases including tartar scraping, tooth extraction, fillings, root canal treatment, medical diagnosis.
The dental examination and treatment results will be sent to the school administration board by the dentist team to notify parents of the student’s dental condition. Thereby, improving the oral health status of primary school students, promoting the movement and improving the quality of the school dental program.
